The “Something Went Wrong” Policy

Look, we want you to love your gear. If something arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we'll make it right — that's on us.

Here's the deal:

• Received a damaged or defective product? We'll provide a full refund or appropriate resolution, no unnecessary hassle.
  
• You have 7 days from the date of delivery to contact us regarding a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  
• The product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
  
• Please record a clear, continuous video while opening your courier package. The video should show the package, shipping label, and the complete unboxing process. This helps us verify the condition and authenticity of the package at the time of delivery and is required for us to process damage, missing-item, or incorrect-product claims.
  
• Please keep the original packaging and courier package until your issue has been resolved.
